介護甲子園メンバーで青森出張へ行って参りました。

第四回介護甲子園決勝大会に進出を決められた青森県にある「介護老人保健施設平成の家」様への応援を兼ね青森出張へ行って参りました。

施設では決勝進出を祝う大きなポスターも掲げられ、１１月９日＠日比谷公会堂で行われる決勝大会への熱気がすでに感じられました！
施設の特徴は「ご利用者様に労働機会を提供し、生きがい、やりがいを見つけてもらう働くデイケアがコンセプトです！施設内通貨制度や300種類のリハビリプログラムはご利用者様自身で選択して参加できる仕組みになっております」とのことです。

その後は様々な介護事業関係の会社や介護甲子園に向けた会議などを行ってきました。
