【祝】訪問美容サービス7期目に入りました！

明日で株式会社訪問美容サービスが7期目になります！

これも皆様のおかげです。本当にありがとうございます。

2012年にまだ企業勤めだった大学の同級生である富田に「会社でもやらない？」という一言から始まった、株式会社訪問美容サービス。

妙典（千葉県）オフィスだった創業当初は2Kの古いアパートに2名で住み込み状態で365日中360日は一緒に寝食を共にしていた記憶があります。

朝8時に起きて介護施設へ電話でのアポイント営業活動、昼食はコンビニか、かつやか、すき家、午後はまた電話でのアポイント営業活動。夕方17時には仕事を終え、二人で各々の時間を過ごしていました。私は、バドミントンに打ち込み、富田はなにやら読書に当時夢中でした。

人脈0、お客様0でスタートした訪問美容サービスも、今ではお取引頂いている施設も450を超え、美容師は毎月40名程度稼働しております。さらに、弊社に登録してもらっている美容師は250名を超えております。

競合他社も増える中、着々と数字を伸ばしつつ、時折投資家や、大手企業から「一緒にやらないか」というふんわりした話が合っては消え、じゃあもうわけわからない話には乗らずに、僕たちでやろう！って思いつつも、話があれば聞いてしまうそんな弱さが残っているのも、僕らの良さだと勝手に思っております。

訪問美容サービスをやりつつ、私は美容室経営を行ったり、人狼ゲームの会社を経営したり、そして富田はゲストハウス経営を行ったりと訪問美容サービス以外の事業もそれぞれ行っています。選択と集中がベンチャー企業には大切なコトとよく言われますが、選択と集中をしないという選択をとったと思っていただければ。

今後も、堅調に微増を繰り返しつつ、たくさんの休眠美容師に新たな活躍のステージを用意すると共に、超高齢社会の日本にとってほんの少しでも美容を通じて豊かな老後を送って頂けるような、そんな企業を目指していきたいと本気で思っています。

あっとういまに7期目来た感じがしますが、皆様の意識の片隅に「訪問美容」や「介護施設でカットしてる」って言う話を聞いた時にふと、訪問美容サービスっていう会社をやっている二人がいたな。って思い出して頂ければ、嬉しいです。

これからも、8期目、9期目、10期目・・・とこれからもどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
